The French Market will be hosting a festival to get your food cravings settled. What is the Creole Tomato Fetival? Good question, the 33rd annual Creole Tomato Fest is an event that goes on every year to celebrate none other than recipe book’s favorite friend, the tomato. Find out about local recipes and how tomatoes have influenced our palates. You can even get a chance to buy the first tomato of the season.
Start off the event with a classic New Orleans second-line introducing the festival. From there, you can check out some of the live music from the 2 concert stages. Something to listen to while you pick up a Bloody Mary from their Bloody Mary Market. But of course, make room for all the food venders at the event. Some but not limited to, Domencia’s Pizza, Stingrays, and so many more.
