  • Dice the mango into small pieces and place into a medium bowl.

  • Chop the onion and red pepper and add to the bowl.

  • Slice the jalapeno and add to the bowl.

  • Chop the parsley or cilantro and add to the bowl.

  • Stir in the lime juice, salt and pepper to taste.
