Hope you will try this, we really loved it. We enjoyed it over crusty bread and the next day we spread it over tortillas for Chicken wraps. This Cauliflower hummus can stay refrigerated for about 4 to 5 days when stored in an airtight container. Make sure to keep it chilled and give it a quick stir before serving. I eat a chickpea based hoummos almost every day and this lower calorie and carb version is so appealing it might just become my go-to option! (And I won’t have to be as stingy with my portions either.)

Quick question – I like to make larger batches to have on hand, so assuming I store it in an airtight container, how long would this keep in the fridge please?
