I made it and will definitely make it again. I only had ground pork and didn’t have a sweet potato, so just added more red potatoes. The hubby is doing the Whole 30 diet and this recipe is compliant with his diet, minus the cheese. It was easy to put together and delicious.

You can use any other ground meat like turkey or chicken, and various vegetables like red peppers or mushrooms. Hope you will try it out.
